Dust and debris from sources like lawn mowers, leaf blowers, tree pollen, car exhaust, droppings, and more accumulate on the outside of your windows. Over time, this dust forms a uniform layer on the glass. When it rains, the droplets push this dust into various patterns. After the rainwater dries, the dust is left behind in sporadic patches, creating visible "mud residue" on the glass.

On the other hand, clean windows will remain spotless after a rain, as there’s no residue left behind to disrupt the view.

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please follow these simple guidelines before our team arrives:

1. Open all window treatments and blinds, if applicable, to allow us full access to the windows.

2. Remove any knick-knacks, valuables, or items from window sills and other surfaces we’ll be working on.

3. Move furniture, curtains, and plants away from the windows. This includes clearing obstacles from decks, porches, and sunrooms. If you need assistance moving any items, just let us know – we're happy to help!

4. Unlock all security doors, storm windows, and screens, if applicable, to allow easy access.

5. For the safety of both your pets and our team, please ensure pets are either with you or in a safe, designated area while we work in your home.

As cleaning is how our window cleaners make a living, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Without the 48 hour notice we do charge a cancellation fee that is equal to

50% of the service price.
