This includes high-touch areas such as countertops, light switches, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen surfaces. Our goal is to leave the space not only visually clean but also hygienic, providing a healthy environment for those who will occupy it.

*SUPERINTENDENT/GENERAL CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO SIGN OFF ON EACH ROOM ONCE CLEANING IS COMPLETED, A "DO NOT ENTER, ROOM IS CLEAN" SIGN WILL BE POSTED OUTSIDE OF ROOM. IF SUB CONTRACTOR/CONTRACTORS ENTER AND RECLEANING IS NEEDED WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL RECLEANING FEE.
