Yes, we bring all of the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment with us. If you have specific preferences for cleaning products or equipment, just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
ARE YOUR CLEANING PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PETS AND CHILDREN?
Yes! We prioritize your family’s safety, so we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible. If you have specific requests or concerns about allergens or fragrances, let us know, and we’ll tailor our cleaning to your needs.
HOW LONG WILL THE CLEANING TAKE?
The time required for cleaning depends on the size of your home and the specific services you’ve requested. Typically, regular cleanings take 2-4 hours, while deep cleanings can take longer. We’ll give you an estimated time during your booking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING?
Delivering a 5 star experience is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to address any areas that need attention at no additional charge.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY CLEANING APPOINTMENT?
As cleaning is how our cleaners make a living, we kindly ask that changes/cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the service price.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEANING?
It’s entirely up to you! Some clients prefer to be home while we clean, but most of our clients trust us to clean while they’re away. We ensure that all of your keys or access codes are kept safe and confidential.
